Default somethign is ticking?

its ticks with accelleration. i think its my valves but I am not sure. its an integra ls non-vtec. only think i ahve changed lately is no cat and the dumb bitches cut my o2 sensor. is this the problem

Probably the valves, that's what ticks for most people.

LS valvetrains are loud...try doing a valve adjustment and see if it quites it down a lil bit...

how much will a valve adjustment run me? would it be better to just get a gsr or si head cuz i want to anyways. also can i damage my motor my leaving it like this?

You can do a valve adjustment your self, just get a chiltons, haynes, or helms manual and it will tell you what to do...yes over time you will harm your motor...so fix it when you can!
