The rivets are actually screws..
The actual metric size is 5mm x .8mm pitch and is
around 15mm long as far as the threaded portion of the bolt/screw..
If you can't find that size,You might try a Japanese motorcycle shop
or Some use 10-32 machine screws..Not exactly the same but it works..

Here's another thing you'll want to know:
It would be best to replace them with allen head screws instead of regular phillips or flathead screws. If you are swapped, then more then likely you dont have a lot of room behind the TPS. So if you have to adjust your TPS, it is a lot easier to loosen the screws with a small allen wrench then with a screwdriver.
