Cam gear setting?

Default Cam gear setting?

How far can i go with my cam gear without valve/piston contact. (B16 TODA B's no head milled).

i'm not 100% sure but i think a general rule for most honda's is +/- 4deg

i'm not 100% sure but i think a general rule for most honda's is +/- 4deg
well, on some you can push farther... i did produce a tad bit more high end power w/ a -7 degrees... but i lost WAY too much low end, a even some mid... but the motor should withstand it, but i don't recommend it... but i'm sure it differs for each motor, especially if you have a SOHC or DOHC...

I've DOHC B16, is 3-5 degree on safe side and balance power and torque?

you should be safe with setting them at +10-10 even a little bit more should be fine. I have my SOHC type r motor with these cams set at +12 - 5 and believe me , this **** hauls *****.

i have toda b's in a b18c1 and 12:5:1 compression pistons
i have my settings at intake:0 exhaust:+1 or -1 i forgot
its too cold to go out there and look

Anybody knows if "each" of the markings on the old "JG engine dynamic" cam gears go by increments of 1 degree or 2 degrees? Does each line stand for +/- 1 degree or +/- 2 degree at a time?
