Default Does my frame look wacked?

I was under my car trying to figure out why the rear feels soo "disconnected" and I noticed that the point where the rear lower control arms connect to the frame looks weird, as if the mount is too big for the arms. Does it look weird to you?

Pics here http://www.concurrent.net/rear/

Anyway, the rear of the car ('92 Civic VX) doesn't seem to follow the front quickly. When I do quick lane changes at ~80 MPH, the rear of the car takes about .25 to .5 seconds to catch up with the front. Sorry, it is hard to explain. It feels like the rear of the car is connected to the front of the car by a rubber band.

Have you tried tightening everything in the rear suspension to spec? It may just a numerous loose bolts. It could also be old bushings allowing movement.

If you set the rebound of the rear shocks to be too high for the spring rate, you'll get this effect.

Does my subframe look okay to you? I've tried adjusting the Konis, but doesn't seem to make too much of a difference.

I've checked all the bolts I can find, and they seem to be okay.

Any other suggestions? Maybe this is the "normal" handling characteristics of an EG... Can someone with an EG comment?

Thanks

UM, how sharp are you changing lanes? If you really want to fix this issue cause everything looks good to me and you are just driving too aggressive, get a rear sway bar.

I have an EG--92 LX sedan. The suspension is outfitted with tokico HP shocks, Eibach Sportlines and front, rear upper strut tower bars. I have that same disconnected feeling in the rear suspension when changing lanes sharply or when cornering. It only happens when turning from left to right though. I think it might be the trailing arm bushing on the passenger side that's causing my problem. It seems like the bushing on the driver's side is dry-rotted, causing all kinds of caster and camber changes when I try to turn. Incidentally, my car is about an inch lower in the rear on the driver's side than on the passenger side. I'm willing to believe that that is caused by binding in the suspension somewhere on the passenger side. Even with 200lbs sitting on the passenger side, the trailing arm bushing there just elicts a groan and the car refuses to sit any lower. I also noticed that there's a lot more tension on the passenger side when I bounce the car up and down. I'm just afraid of all the work that's involved with changing the trailing arm bushings to find out if that's the case.

I know this is not very accurate--but when I change lanes during the "test" I was doing it semi aggressively. Quick change, but very controlled and no protest from the tires.

I am actually going to get GSR LCA and sway bars and see if I can make the car a little more responsive.
