Default Help a fellow ITR owner out with a wheel question

I know front wheel drive cars don't need staggered wheels, but I found a sweet set of wheels and the offsets seem like they might work.

17x7 +47 offset...yeah, that will work on the front or rear....

Now...the tricky part...

17x8 +51 offset...would this work on the rear? Or is the offset to much?

Thanks for your help...i searched for something i had seen about 8 inch wide wheels on ITR's a couple weeks ago, but couldn't find it.

for a FF car, theoretically it should be:

17x8 front
17x7 rear

as for the offsets you posted, i have no clue...sorry

you'd want to keep the tire width at 205 for either of those offsets to ensure they dont rub on the inside. I can see you getting away with +47 on a 215 tire but not with a +51 offset rim...but you could easliy get the +51 and get a 5mm spacer and leave the offset at 46 which would be ok, or go for a 7.5mm spacer and have an ideal offset of +43.5!!!!

I'm just wondering about the wheel itself being too wide though....
