Does it turn over? Check for spark.

Maybe you forgot to put a ground back on?

Also after you do a swap you should bleed the clutch.

well as of right now the only grounds i have are valve cover to fram negative battery terminal to fram and tranny bracket to frame.

there is no pressure at all the pedal just dropped to the floor like it was nothing if bleeding does not work what other potential problem mayb be causing the pedal to remain on the floor ?

You probably need to change the ECU. Try and check if works by connecting it to a OBD2 scanner. Did you make sure you use the same year of wiring harness as your ECU?

he said he only had two grounds? he is mising something there!

Is the positive wire that comes from the battery tight on the starter?

Did you hook up the alternator wire, not plug but wire?

alright well today ive re done all the connections again ........ i also cleaned all the spots where the wires actually touch.......... right now this is what i have connected

valvecover to frame (ground)
starter motor to (positive batery terminal)
negative battery terminal to frame
tranny ground to negative battery terminal
thermostat ground is connected
alternator wire not plug is connected

there is still nothing the only thing that turns on when i put the key in the on position is the stupid electrical fans which increase or decrease in speed as i turn the key.......

what am idoing wrong ??? what can i do to test certain systems so that i can finally start this engine back up and drive her again ........

ps. when will u be able to make more then 5 posts perday ???

check you relay's in your underhood fuse box, and make sure your tranny ground is on tight as hell, i just had the same problem, my rad fan relay was blown and it kept turning on when i tried to start it up
