Default Where can I get my B18 sleeved? Where can I buy the Sleeves cheap? Help me build my motor!

Time for me to build a new motor, going turbo again.
I want to build my B18B1 to take about 15lbs street and maybe 20lbs or so on the track. I was running 12lbs before on my completly stock LS motor and she held up good but I feel I will need a stronger bottom end to be able to handle the boost I want to toss at it.

My first question is where can I buy sleeves for it?
Are there any difference in companys that make the sleeves?
Can most machine shops install sleeves or do I take it to a specialty place?
Do sleeves need to be bored after? I assume the block should be decked after?
How much should I expect to pay?

Thanks guys
also If you have any opinions on what I should buy for internals that would help - I was planning:
JE 9.0:1 pistons
Eagle H beam rods (the 300$ ones)
ARP head studs
stock LS crank
Clevite 77 bearings
I will be using stock LS head for now, I have a B16 head here but honistly I do not like the feeling of Vtec and boost - for some reson my non-vtec feels faster.
Any ideas for headgasket? any comments on my selection of parts?

Thanks guys
Kyle

Stock sleeves will make 500whp...if your only gonna run 20 psi y sleeve? I use to run 17-18 psi on my STOCK b18b......im sure with pistions n rods n stock sleeves 20psi will be fine.

Hmmm I was told Stock honda sleeves were only good for 10-12psi to be streetable, well that would be nice - save me probably around a grand. Anyone else have any input on this?

Who ever told you that is full of ****. Also things don't break because of a certain "psi" level they break because of power levels. I know plenty of 500whp integras in Miami that are on stock sleeves.

It all depends on the setup and tune. A well put together setup will easily handle higher boost and hp over 10-12 psi, but some crap just put together may not even handle 7 psi. The only thing with stock sleeves is you dont have much margin for error when tuning. Aftermarket sleeves are much safer. So to answer your question, it all depends on you. How you put your setup together and how well you tune it.
If youre just asking about buying sleeves, The darton kit is very popular and any competent machine shop should be able to install it, and yes, they do need to be final bored and honed to your pistons. When you buy the Darton kit, it comes with detailed instructions to install it. Since you are talking about stock sleeves im assuming your planning on only going .20 over so a stock Honda headgasket is fine. Cometic is good also.
