Built head/ low boost

I am wondering the benifits of a ported head plus valve spring retainers on a turbo car?
The motor:

Act flywheel/clutch
t3/t04e 4" inlet/lightened wheel - Only boosting 6.5lbs
The car pulls really hard under this boost. It ran a 12.9 on street tires with open differntial. (really weak launch). I know the extra revs will help ( 9k ) but im wondering the power gains from the ported head. If anyone has any dyno sheets or personal experience it would help.
