Default No boost from turbo

Working on my friends Integra right now. For some reason the boost isn't going over 0 psi. The compressor is blowing air, although its hard to tell just how much. We checked for any leaks and came up with nothing. It's blowing air through all the charge pipes. The wastegate is not stuck open or anything. Checked for air pressure problems all up and down the piping, so we're sure that much is good.

The turbo is leaking a small amount of oil, which can't be good, but I'm not sure if it's contributing to this problem. My only guess is something is wrong with the turbo itself. The air coming out of the compressor isn't much, but also this is while the car is under no load at all so I'm not sure what that really tells us.

Has anyone run into anything like this, and if so, did you figure out what it was? We're at a loss, and really hoping we don't need to ship the turbo back. It was bought new, so I guess it could be a faulty unit.

TIA

first off where did u buy the turbo from . . . just out curiosity because I had the same problem and well I never did figure it out, but i'm guessing its the turbo. My turbo is fucked and I got it from Turbo Calculator. The compressor wheel scrapes, it's un-balanced, the shaft is bent and all sorts of **** man, and my turbo has no more then 30 miles on it, and has a warranty that turbo calculaotr refuses to fix. They don't call me back since I left numerous messages, and they don't e-mail me back, its horrible man. Hope all works for you bro.

It sounds like the oil seals are blow, I had that happen before the turbo ever boosted, and i spent forever trying to pinpoint the problem, then I got a prescision, and it's all good.

This is the owner.... yeah I bought the turbo off ebay from turbo calculator.
Sounds like mine is doing the same thing as yours. This is beginning to sound like it's gonna be a pain to get fixed.
