Sounds like a leak somewhere in the intercooler, compressor housing / backplate, or a coupler.

^^^ This, leaking boost somewhere, or a bad turbo possibly.

Dont rule out the possibility that its a problem with the tune also, could be you have both, a boost leak/bad turbo, and a bad tune.

That thing should be cranking out north of 400whp on 20 psi out of a 35R

Yeah its probably a boost leak or bad turbo, testing pressure wont necessarily tell you anything, you can have pressure without proper air flow or cfm.

You could get 20 psi of pressure, but its only 1/2 the cfm or airflow that should be there at 20 psi.

If you have another turbo, based on what you have said, I would say swap it and see what happens, if you have the same problem, time to find a massive boost leak happening somewhere.

Yeah swap the turbo definitely ^^ if it's smoking I personally wouldn't trust it.

Alright the issue isn't the turbo nor a boost leak. My buddy owns a dyno but not ecTune but we made a pull after the tuner had left to check the timing and the car pulls mad timing and that was the reason for it not making power. We added timing by moving the dizzy and would keep the timing light on it while we made pulls and it would move around 2 or so degrees.

The car to make 400hp on 20psi, we know that isn't right but what the problem is the car keeps pulling timing no matter what. It has a new dizzy and everything was synced up when the tuner was here and everything on his laptop seemed to be on point but would pull timing and not showed on the laptop. Anyone had anything like this happen?

We know now its a timing issue is why It's not making power. I have a aem we can give a shot with but once again I'm stumped. We made a run at 22psi and made like 5hp more then the 20psi pull but it seemed to pull more and more the more we added boost to it lol.
