What muffler can u use when cat back are illegal in ur city?
I got 2 tickets for having a cat back muffler and i need to know if i can get a muffler that will not be loud and is legal and will not mess up the performance of my civic and also that i can use when i install my turbo?

The Teg type-R exhaust is bigger than normal stock but, it still quiet and makes power up to at least 195HP. I've been toying with the idea of buying an R cat-back and cutting it down to fix my DX.

i have 1, this cops are looking at the muffler tip and if they see something bigger than 3" the pull u over.
