ever since i did my swap my shifter has been realy loose. i used the right shift linkage. i can shift into gear but when i'm in gear my shifter can rock side to side like its in neutral. any sugestions?

That is normal. Change your shifter bushing.

on the shifter there is a boot that holds the ball part in place. if you brake that it moves around cause it is not set like it used to be. i broke a few of them racing so i ended up having to get an b&m shifter to fix it.. i can get the part # for the shifter, but check the boot that the shifter sits in and see if you boke the plastic peaces in side it..
