Im really looking for an exhaust manifold for my dsm. Pretty much looking for any basic log style mani, externally gated and flanged for a t3/t4 and if possible keep cost under 400.

I make DSM exhaust manifolds and intake manifolds. PM me if you are interested . A few pics of my work.

LONG TUBE GT42 MANIFOLD

T3 header with a fully radiused Merge collector inside, to aid in quick spool up.

B18 Manifold
Divided, double merge collector, to spool the monster T70 turbocharger on a 1.9L motor. This car Laid down over 700 to the wheel.

GT42 Header for DSM
divided radiused merge collectors and divided waste gate outlet. Actually fits under the hood!

i appreciate everyone sending me vendor links and links to their mani's but i cant afford mani's over 700 bucks, so please stop recomending them to me. I know full-race/ dnp manis are great but im working with a budget.

Call AMS and buy an adapter plate for your exhaust manifold then, that's your best bet. I wouldn't reccomend cheaping out on an exhaust mani, it's kind of like walking into a strip club with no money on you. It's just something you should never do.

Id love to do that, but ams dosent sell there "special" adaptor plates seperatly. Only with there 1800 dollar kit.

Ill check today if I have any adapter plates. Sorry I could not help you with the manifold, but lots and lots of time and work go in to them. That is why all of the custom stuff you see on the net is so expensive. But they are worth every dollar.

Those manfold's crack on DSM's just like they do on Honda's. Anyone take a close look at how the wastegate is mounted?

My buddy was pointing that out to me as well reguarding the wg placement. Have you personally seen them crack on dsms?

Yes. Two locals have them and now one is in the trash and one is on my bench waiting to be welded and braced.

the stock manifold you have is fine. the 2g manifolds dont crack its only the first gens that have problems with that. you can have it ported out really cheap and will flow enough for whatever you want to through at it.
