i had the same problem and i didn't do **** to fix it, i just kept toying with it. eventually it went back to normal (in a couple of days). not the way to handle this situation though. window started trippin on rainy days.
my drivers side window was doing that.....i lubed up the tracks and that seemed to help for a little......it eventually went away and was fine......but now my passenger side window is doing it! its like they just decided to trade! lol......try lubing up the tracks w/some air tool oil and see if that helps, make sure the tracks are clean first! goodluck!

Did you ever fix your problem? I'd love to do anything to prevent from going to replace the motor in my driver side window...but its REALLY bad. I have to push down really hard to get that window to get going anywhere. = /
Regular problem at my dealership. We just usually take a bottle of spray silicon spray the window channels. Use the little tube and spray very well where the window meets the door. This usually does very well.
I was having somewhat the same problem and the spray would'nt fix it. Once day it got so bad the window jumped out of the track.
Soooo, I took the door panel off, there's an alignment bolt somewhere in the midle of the door. I loosend it and moved it over a bit to one side and Wazamm, my window has worked perfect since. Only thing is its a bit slower..
Oh Ya Way to go on being hot and working on your car....
