ITR TURBO.. who has one and whats ur setup.
i just finished installling drag gen III on my b18c5 EK. rite now im planning on boosting 5psi for daily driven. i have RC 370 injectors SX 1.1 regualtor holly fuel pump and a vafc.. anyone recommend anything else?? what about a low compression head gasket? rite now i dont have the time or funds to rebuild the bottomend..
my other car is a 98ex it once had this drag kit on it and i blew 3 piston ringlands on the b16a2 stock internal
once i built the whole bottom end.. the darton Sleaves sunk on me..
does anyone know if my b16a2 je pistons will fit my b18c5?? how about the crowder rods?
thanks

the vafc will control the fuel.. RC 370s need a little help from idle.. and upper rpm since i will not be using a fmu.
the pistons i have are 9.1 je pistons.

with a SX fuel regulator 1.1 and a vafc its alot easier to tune.. the only problem is at idle the fuel pressure is very high..
the vafc is to control high rpm where theres not enuff fuel.

for now get a headgasket and hondata.. it aint cheap but you should be off to a good start until you rebuild.. with the above you can boost 8lbs easy. But it must be tuned correctly.. you are looking at another 200 bucks at least to do that.. also i heard its a good idea to throw in some GSR cams instead.
VAFC is NOT Boost dependent.. BUT the vafc can add fuel at higher RPM where boost occurs.. ive been running my civic foralmost a whole year with that setup and netted 307 hp to the wheels on 18's with stock ecu.. i was running 12.5 fuel throughout the whole rpm band.
on the itr motor i will prob go with a Inline HEadgasket at first just to see how it works.
