Heres where im at so far. The only thing im concerned with on this entire build is to make sure i get the right bearings, the rest i can figure out.


I looked in helms and it shows me the spot on the block where the oil pan sits where you can get the code for the bearings. I got that

That was simple, but when i look down it says to look on the crankshaft for numbers for the mains as well.. I see all kinds of numbers and letters on it.

C3 in black, then C on one side, and 3 on the other, etc. There are metal cast numbers as well.

Whats the deal with that, one side has the C3 grouped together, and the others have the C on one side, and the 3 on another.

Helms doesnt really specify what to look for, and theres a shitty picture pointing to where to look generally. Im mad confused.

Can someone clear this issue up?
