i've been looking into exhausts for my 94 s...
there's a local shop here than can mendrel bend my DP and install for under $50..$130 for a high-flow cat from them installed + 3" mendrel bent downpipe.

muffler wise, the best sounding muffler I think i've heard is the thermal classic in the exhaust sound clips thread, or the flowmaster hushpowers 2's.

can anyone provide info on that thermal classic, like links, and a good downpipe size?

I want to stay away from raspy exhaust altogether, hence me liking the thermal classic..

also, should i go high flow cat when i go ahead and get the downpipe and muffler?
quick note, i have no plans for FI...so i am lost on DP size
(yes i know there's alot of flowmaster threads but nothing but tegs and crx's...and i couldn't find anything on thermal classic)

if i am understanding you right you want to get a 3" downpipe but your engine is not boosted? This is not a good idea and usualy downpipe refears to turbo cars. Just get a DC and yes thermal is a good set up
