try the hybrid forums. how the hell do you think a R owner can help you out? 97% of them never hybrid'd their ITR's.
Calm down. Figure out if you get fuel or fire. If so, figure out if you have compression. Check timing also. Problems are easy to diagnose if you just follow a simple flow chart.
hey len,
the ITR engine is actually out of my genuine JDM R , but i dropped the engine into my CRX , since the itr will be getting its built engine
so the engine is in perfect condition
it just that no power on the computer , the computer is not running at all , it goes the same to my injectors and fuel pump

yes i have basically checked everything , all the fuses are in perfect condition
it just that the computer is not running at all

If you got a test light, test to see if you get constant power to one of the wires to the ECU. Then turn the ignition to the accessory position to see if you get power to a wire that comes on with accessory. (Different cars will have different color so I wouldn't know.) If you don't then power is missing somewhere in the wires. If it does, you may have 1) A fried ECU or 2) An incorrectly pinned ECU.

Hehehe...He still haven't told us whether or not he has anyone of the three: spark, fuel, or compression. From there we can really begin to diagnose the problem.

Congratulations man. I know how I feel after fixing an electrical problem in a rats nest of wires.
(I chopped the phone line coming into my house yesterday with hedge trimmers.. whoops.. ended up being a slightly more complicated fix because of the house alarm.)
