Default 90 integra cranks but wont fire

I just replaced my old b18 a engine and tranny.New distributor complete,Engine cranks but wont fire. When i take the 1st spark plug out and test it for spark the engine then fires and starts on 3 cylinders ,running very rough. So i think oh it will start now.So i put the plug back in and try to start ,but same problem engine wont fire.I am baffled, any help?I was told to get a new main relay, but that didnt help.Could it be the ignition switch?

If its getting spark, maybe try adjusting the timing?

the firing order it shows me in my manual on the dizzy from top left clockwise is- 4-3-2-1 if its wrong let me know.Today i tested the green and yellow wire coming off the dizzy for voltage and i found that with the key in the on position it had voltage but as soon as i turn it over the voltage turns off.Isnt this wrong isnt the green and yellow wire supposed to be on when you turn the car over?

number one piston near timming belt and 4 is the one near the distributor.

3-4
1-2
or
1-3
2-4
I get the gsr and ls sequense confused so give it a try.

Honda distributor caps are usually marked at #1. Something like "A" molded into the cap? Knowing where #1 is, go clockwise 1 - 3 - 4 - 2.

In order for the plugs to spark the threaded part (or the wrench-hex) MUST be laying against a good engine ground. If you hold 'em up in the air they won't spark...
