jdm p30 ecu, CEL wont go off, on my b20/vtec . . . ? ? ?
i have a fully built b20/vtec, i just converted to obd-1, and i put my p30 in, how do i tell if its a jdm ecu, or usdm? and also why isnt my CEL going off, i reset the ecu a couple of times and right when i start the car, my CEL will come on within seconds? is it knocking or something? im stumped, if anyone can help pleez let me know ASAP!!!!!!!

did you install a knock sensor?
the P30 requires that there be a knock sensor

alright got that figured out, now my damn ecu is messing up again, the A/C wont turn on, but i had a p72 obd2 ecu in my car and my a/c was working, now it isnt, anyone have any problems with this? it has to be my ecu, becuz i plugged in the p72 and it worked, or maybe it could be my obd2to1 converter . . . . pleez help
