Default 60 trim S type wheel in a super 60 t3 housing. Is this a bad idea ???

I have a 60 trim t4 wheel that has been mated to a t3 compressor. The inlet of the compressor has been bored out to match the size of the 60 trim t4 wheel. It's actually a 60 trim t3 compressor housing thats been bored out. It's mated to a 48 ar exhaust housing. The exhaust wheel is a lil odd. The blades are connected together on the end near the base, unlike most turbos in which the fins are not connected.

I guess what i'm asking is whether or not a small compressor housing will effect the characteristics of the 60 trim t4 wheel
