Drag Kit = Bling Pipe, good turbo, crappy wg (now, they all are using Tials), Blitz BOV (My Opinion it's hot), good intercooler, manifold tends to spike, but I've never experienced the spiking personally. Inline Fuel pump + FMU.
Rev Hard = Same thing as above pretty much, except no name stuff (stuff I've really never heard before) good turbo, good bov, good wg, better manifold than the drag, not the bling pipe, Inline fuel pump + FMU.. Pretty much same as above.
Full Race = Hardcore Ish! Everything is pure badass. No cheap fuel management, but when you buy this.. you don't intend to cheap out on fuel management.
FMax = Haven't heard much about it...
I currently am running a Drag Kit, Evo WG, a High Flow Fuel Pump and an FMU and am damn happy with it. If I had the cash I'd get the Full Race, but to answer your question 6-7lbs would be fine on your GSR

im running 9 lbs on my stock gsr but im tuned on hondata.... if i was you, i would buy the turbo kit and then save up the cash and buy a hondata s200b and get some rc 440-550cc injectors and get it tuned properly and then you will not have to worry about it being reliable because it will. But if want to run the FMU that comes with the kit then you are more prone to have something go wrong with the setup bc the FMU are not so reliable especially when/or if you go beyond 7 psi.

You should be more concerned with what kind of power you want to make, not how much boost you're going to run.

The Deltagate Mark II wastegate is fine that comes with most Drag Gen III kits. I used it on my old turbo'd B18b and the only time I got boost creep is when I used the poorly designed DRAG manifold. I upgraded to an InlinePro mani and that problem was solved. It's all about wastegate location.

Care to tell him why you think he should upgrade internals? If he doesn't plan on breaking the 300whp barrier, his stock internals would hold up fine for awhile. (driving habits vary per person though.)

Not just turbocharging, but and mild to wild build should be tuned to extract full potential out of it. Even a stock engine could see useful gains by just using a stand-a-lone engine management but itself.

just to be on the safe side like mine. He didn't ask why.
