Default Koni SPSS3 valving thoughts

I just got my Konis rebuilt at the ARRC this weekend and they gave me the dyno graphs for them. After looking at them for awhile I compared them to what I have read about valving. I thought that the konis should be more digressive and reading about the T1R valving didn't look that good and was too linear. The T1R graphs were posted in this thread : https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1028280

I'll post my SPSS3 graph below. It looks very similar to me and is more of a linear valving than digressive which I thought was supposed to be the good point of the konis. It doesn't look like there is much low speed control at all. Maybe I'm looking at the graph wrong though.

Please note that all of the readings were set at minimum adjustment when all of the bleed holes are open and there is the least resistance to flow through the piston. When adjusted to a higher point, you will begin closing off bleed holes and more low speed damping will begin to occur especially in the 0.0 to 0.1 range and the graphs will get quite a bit more degressive. Also the adjustment will add more preload to the piston bypass spring thus causing more mid -range resistance and force.

At min setting (I doubt you will ever use them at min in any form of competition), they are closest to a linear situation as they can ever be. From here they begin getting more digressive.

thanks lee for clearing that up. And I want to thank koni for having excelent customer service providing the rebuilds at the track.

Lee,
when the truck gets back could you see if they might have any graphs with multiple settings on the computers. If not thats fine but I'm kinda curious to see what it would look like.
