what does everyone think of the South florida performance manifold?

i have a gsr and have a drag kit that i am upgrading

SFP manifold
Tial 40mm
hondata s200
cp pistons 9.5:1 cr
eagle rods
arp rod and head studs
block gaurd (don't know which one)
gsr cams
port and polish head

and my only other problem is i don't know what turbo to get? this is a daily driver and to make more power then this...


any ideas? to4e? t61? t3/to4e stage 5 wheel 60 trim?

Run 9:1 compression instead of 9.5 or higher, you really don't gain anything from it. SFP mani is good, I have a lot of DSM friends that run it, and several people on here. Personally I would run a .63 A/R Stage III exhaust side mated up with a 60-1 compressor, it'll make lots of power and the spool is very reasonable.

 

I run an SFP manifold. I put down 259whp at 211wtq on my stock b18b at 10lbs.

Your numbers are pretty low and I would chalk it up to the fact that your running the hack. I would stick to what youve got and get it tuned, you shouldn't be dissapointed.
