more than likely you'll have to chop the stock radiator fan shroud to get the turbo to clear. Then if you're going to try to run a real filter that's going to be a whole different headache.
What you could do is buy yourself a couple slim fans from Viren and put one on your radiator and one on your condenser. Then you might be able to run a pipe with a filter on it.
Personally that's what I'm going to try to do. I have a couple on order right now and just waiting for them to get here. In the mean time I'm running window screen over my turbo inlet. I'll have to get some pics up for you guys. I promised them a long time ago but haven't come through yet.

Yes you can run the stock radiator with the onefab a/c manifold. If you want to keep the stock fan you will have to cut the stock fan housing some what. I would reccommend that you get a FAL fan for the stock radiator. It is a plug and play install will give you ALOT more room to work with and is fairly inexpensive, as well it will FLOW more air than the stock fan. An upgraded radiator is not necessary, unless you are experiencing overheating with the stock radiator.

Yes,

I would as the FAL will pull way more air than stock and with the intercooler blocking up most of the radiators air path you need all the air flow you can get.

bringing this back up from the dead.

I too will be running the same manifold, but was wondering what size fan should i buy for the condensor side? the rad side will be a 12" but the condensor side should be a 10" or 9".

Matt, the maker for the one fab manifolds said use a 10" but wanted to see what everyones using.

Thanks!

Ive had some people get away with 12" on both sides.
There is a bit less room on some cars on the a/c side.
So thats why i say go with the 10" on the a/c side.
It should easy be sufficent

Im running a FAL #140 pusher fan on my setup for the condenser and it fits no problem, it is tight but it fits. This fan is the same size as the radiator side. I can post some pictures if your are interested. I mounted it right behind the intercooler infront of the condenser, The A/C works great esp on the 90+ Degree day at a stop light.
Matt does great work and the manifold is working out great.

what size is the FAL #140?

I think i might go with the 10" but im leaning torwards the 9" so i guranteed have space for that manifold.

please email me pics at integlspwr@verizon.net
