WHICH RADIATOR FOR TURBO
fluidyne, depending ou your setup especially fuel tuning will determine how much additioanl cooling capacity your car will need. you cant go wrong with fluidyne though. for street if you are not in traffice an run reasonably rich your cylinder temps will remain pretty low and rad efficiency will remain high as long as you are moving, consider bypassing the stock fan relay and running off a switch. I ran my old setup with stock rad all day with no probs (one bottle of water wetter)
is there still enough room due to the extra width of an aftermarket radiator on a Integra to fit a turbo? Doesn't seem to be too much extra room with the stock radiator. How are the C & R radiators, they have a pretty good price, and they include fans.

I got my C&R for $430 shipped from Import Auto Salvage and I live in Japan! My car takes three or for minutes longer to warm up but that doesn't bother me a bit since the car runs cool all of the time. I'm gonna add a 65 degree celcius thermo and switch next week!
I would save your pennies and just get a regular gsr radiator. I have a 92 hatch w/ a drag 3. my set up is 2 12" autozone flex fans pushing air thru a 94+ integra radiator. The highest my temps ever get is 190 under heavy driving (boost) but stays at 158 and lower while cruizing (no thermostat).
JDM Aluminium radiators from B16A/B18Cs work wonders. If you want the ultimate in cooling, do what I did - custom radiator with Toyota 2JZ-GTE radiator core. It barely clears the hood, but I have never seen my engine heat up since installing it, even taking it to redline in 5th gear on 18psi of boost. Mind you, I have 2 huge fans on it, one running from the thermo, and the other running off a switch.
Your best bet would be to go to http://www.radiator.com and check out an OEM style KOYO radiator. It's all aluminum and as well outlasts and outperforms the Fluidine. Use coupon# AC116 to get an extra $20.00 off the price.
Hey I have a question - is anyone running pusher fans with the A/C condenser in place? I am sure this cuts down the efficiency of the fan but I don't know how much. I really don't want to give up my AC even though it's a losing battle. Right now I'm only running the stock rad fan in stock position and the condenser fan was removed; the car heats up a bit on mountain driving or if I really want to show off. I'm adding a cheesy 12" fan to push through the condenser side and hoping that will fit but I wanted to know if anyone else is running pusher config with stock radiator and AC in place.
Is anyone running with the Del Sol VTEC radiator? I am thinking of getting this for my G2 Integra
so I can run my IC piping through where the a/c condensor was.

I have a C&R and I love it! The SPAL fan cools like a mo'fo'! The only problem is there aren't any mounting tabs for a second fan but I haven't used my AC yet.
