well the CN kits use stock sleeves and get around 270-280hp. I think you're about good until 350 with good tuning that is. It all is dependent on the skill of your tuner.

iam at 335 whp on k20a2 stock block and head!!!!!!!! i have hondata k-pro and iam tune for 10 psi of boost

i think the better question would be how much detonation can the stock sleeves hold. hp and boost arent what kills the engine it's detonation thats does the deed. cast iron sleeves, forged pistons and rods will never stop detonation from occuring, only stand up longer to its affects. insurance for poor tuning or a lack thereof.

Agreed, good information. To add to that, every person I've talked to has said that above 400 - 450whp they recommend sleeving.
