Default Clutch problem

ok guys, so i was in a rush today to get to my class which is a 30 min drive and i had 15 min to get there, so i was gunning it. I was stoped at a stop light and as soon as it turned green i punched it. 1st was fine, but when i went from 1st to 2nd it wouldnt go into gear, so i stuck it into 3rd, then the clutch stayed on the floor. First time its happened, but then it happened again later on today. Anyone know what the problem could be? my clutch or tranny? or maybe soemthing wrong with the hydro lines?

pull the edal off of the floor. rest your foot on it, if it sinks down, chances are you will need a master cylinder. if you can get to the slave, pull the boot back on it and see if there is any fluid leaking there too.

look at the clutch master, check for fluid first.

not from topping it off, are you 110% sure it was brake fluid? sounds like it could be contaminated if this just happened after you added fluid.

Clutch master cylinder OR due to high revs and HARD clutch engagement and hard acceleration you possibly boiled your clutch (brake) fluid.
