Default 5 bolt vs 4 bolt housing

I've read a few old post on the discussion of placement and how the turbo sits on the manifold between the 2 housing styles. However none went into any discussion on which flows better. Is there any difference between a .63 AR Precision 5 bolt and a Garrett 4 bolt exhaust housing? any test conducted between the two? Is it worth the switch from one to another?

The 4-bolt housings a slightly more efficient. The internal wastegate swing arm hole that the 5-bolt housings have makes them less efficient.

Sort of.....Really its more of a placement issue than anything else. The changes in efficiency can't really be felt on the butt dyno. It will not make much of a hp difference

i would think it's very negligible. why not just pick-up the vband turbine housing? .02
