what is it ? correct me if im wrong. launch limiter is when you can set what rpm you want to launch at. hold the pedal down and it says at the set rpm and when you let go of the clutch the car takes off..yes/ no ?????

 

AKA: 2 step, FTL(full throttle launch) and, Launch control.
