Default ECU - 43 Fuel supply system

Alright sorry about posting in a seperate topic...

Anyways I just swapped Head Gaskets and now I'm posting a 43. Light doesnt stay on, and only comes on when the car is driven for 15 minutes or so. There is a buzzing coming from the Throttle Body, and getting an up and down idle.

I dont think it's a Vacumm leak either, turned the idle up (a lot) and that didnt help with the change in rpm's.

Any ideas on where to look, what to check?

Fuel Pump is good. Lines are good. Pressure is there.

Fuel pump was tested in another car, no probs.

Just did oil change, topped off all fluids. Used some carb cleaner on the Throttle body.

Now I can hear it a little cleaner. Sounds like a vacuum link but all the hoses are good.

Anyone have any ideas on where else to be looking?

does it make like a loud hump? check to coolant lines go to the iacv you might got them reverse, and make sure the o-ring/gasket is not cut.
code 43. check the gas cap, change the fuel filter if needed, how old is the o2 sensor? might need to change it too.

I have a code 43 too. Changed fuel filter but still comes on randomly. I have a EG w/ B20. Not trying to thread jack, I just have the same problem.

Gas cap is good.

Would those lines being switched still allow me to drive alright? The car drives good just the idle is up and down and the loud buzzing.

The code hasnt come on in like 3-4 days now but car is still having the problems.

I'm checking the 02 sensor again, but I dont see how that would allow for the buzzing.
