i have a jdm b18c in my 97 dx and recently ive been noticing its lacking power my friend who works at honda says it seems like the vtec is not kicking in i do have two check engine lights on one is idle air control the other is o2 sensor circuit slow response i dont know if this would affect it that much i also possibly have bad spark plug wires cause of bad spark plug seals i have replaced the o2 sensor and cleared the code but it came back any advice would be helpful
