when i make a left turn my car makes a cliking noise on the left-front end of my car. what could it be? i cant figure it out because it only happens when im driving.
Go buy a new driver side axle
matter of fact, buy both, might as well change em both while you're at it.
Get the Autozone remanned ones, shouldnt cost more than 150 for both with cores.
Have fun.

a bad shock can make a clickign noise, but the clicks coincide with the bouncing of the vehicle, so it's pretty obvious..

Here's why I ask.
I never had this problem then one day I replaced the 3 ball joints on the passenger/front side (tie rod, upper, lower) and after this I got the clicking during left hand turns (fairly sharp turns). The clicking wasn't there before the work. Perhaps it's one of the ball joints but I guess I should check the damn axle...

O'reilly auto parts (if there are any in your area) has axles for real cheap. like $100 for a pair.I haven't had any problems with the set i bought. Just set an account with them and you get a discount.
