No Brakes on 92 Civic DX
I changed the front brakes on the 92 Civic and installed the front spindles, calipers and rotors from a 95 Integra. I put new pads and bled the system. Still I have no brakes. I have replaced the brake booster and mastercylinder with new Civic parts. Can anybody shed any light on this problem. Email me at garrettw@sddc.army.mil if you can help. Thanks.
I'd want to look firsthand, but maybe you got the anti-rattle clips in wrong? They're blocking the pads from coming into proper contact with the rotors?
When you had the calipers out, did the brake system drain? Then you usually have to bench-bleed the master cylinder. If you don't, it takes forever to get the air out of the master when you bleed in the car.
