Default OBD2(B) to OBD1

I just bought a JDM B16a(SirII) to put into my 99 Civic DX I have the hiring for the B16 and the Conversion Harness from BoomSlang. I know there 3 or 4 clips that I have to remove from the B16 harness and place on my OBD2 Harness, does anobody know which clips I have to do this to?
Thanks

If the engine you are using is OBD1, you will have to switch the plugs for the alternator, fuel injectors, and distributor on your 1999 wire harness.

so all you need to do is switch those 3 clips on your obd2 harness?? I was told that i needed to get ond2 injectors,obd2 alternator, and a obd2 distributor. So basically i can do one or the other?? and if you do use all new obd2 parts (alternator, fuel injectors, and distributor )and not just the clips can you use a obd1 ecu???
