what kinda cam should i get for a y7, lot's of headwork, reworked bowls with massive air volume. Intake ports have been reshaped, and the hole head will flow a great deal more. What kinda re-grind should i get, little more duration with a lot more lifter, more duration with longer lift?.. anyone wanna help me get a cam for my head.

If it matters, d16y7 head, valves/springs/ret's, sc50 turbo, built bottom end. I have the stock y8 intake, opened all the runners up, and polished the penlum. Also ported matched the throttlebody to the penlum, 65mm.

Any help would be great
