Default Properly Motor Break-In...

So my freshly build B18B1 will be ready in a few days, And i wanted to hear everyone opinion on how to break it in properly. Street driving under 3k rpm, Changing oil at 250 miles, 500 miles, then 1000 miles? Is that basically it or is there anything else i should know...
