Turbo head work for a Z6 head? bottom end parts? help a NA guy out.

This last summer I put a 14b turbo with a SMI deltagate WG and a AFC hack with 450's on the wifes A6 and I am about to do a OBD 1 conversion and Z6 head swap so I have some quesations.
I myself am a NA guy so I am not in the "loop" of whats best for a turbo motor and who makes the best stuff so any help would be great well I try and adjust to this world.
I will be building this motor with a spare I have so no downtime so any suggestions on the mini me would be great.
This is a street car hoping to be able to reach 15psi
what compression, pistons, rods? Would you reccomend for the dirty D.
And for the head is their anything you recomend like a cam, springs, retainers? I plan on some machine work but before I do I want some suggestions.
Reving to 8k would probly be as far as I see needed.
Any help would be great. Thanks

If you're going to build it, stick with the A6 head and increase your valve sizes. The A6 head outflows any other SOHC.

Everything else should be a search away.
