just wondering its worth, its never been rebuilt.

A full stock head rebuild will run you $250+ with parts and labor...consider that when figuring out how much to offer.

replace the valve stem seals with HONDA SEALS. Check the valves to see if they are bent and get new ones if they are. Re-cut the seats, lap the valves in for a nice good seal, check the spring pressure to make sure it is in spec, or get more pressure for larger cams and avoid floating the valves. After that put it together and your done.
