Default Crower Stage 2T Cams

So, what do you guys think about the Crower Stage 2 Cams made for Turbo? I talked to Crower today and they told me they produced the cams using a b18c Turbo. I read somewhere that the issue with power drop off at VTEC could be helped with a set of Cams. Any opinions?

I thought most of that could be taken out with cam gears

Cam gears have helped some get back a little of their power, but I am talking about going strong after VTEC engages, that is where most have been dropping. It seems to me that in that situation the cam gears are more of a band-aid than a fix.

I posted in SHO to see what cams they're running. I heard mid 300 hp if I remember correctly.

tuning FI honda's cam gears isn't like a bandaid at all. It's as much of a bandaid as someone advancing ignition timing to realize more power. I'd agree if one were to say tuning stock cams on FI applications is not as beneficial as dropping a set of turbo cams, but to say it is a bandaid is not correct. It helps alleviate overlap and will indefinitely do so; as indefinitely as you stay in VTEC.

I also was considering a pair of those same cams, but I have other issues to resolve before I try to break into 11s.
