ITR buildup
I just wanted to get your guys opinions on what you would replace that isnt the most obvious on a swap while its out of the car; ie. timing belt, water pump, cam seals, misc. seals, belts, clutch assy. what else would you guys recommend replacing while the motor is out of the car? thanks

If its out of the car might as well change the crank, main, rod bearings oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, hondata intake manni gasket. You don't have to do all or any of these things its just preventative maintainence.
CLUTCH, lightened flywheel (if you want it lightened that is), and timing belt for sure.
Especially when the motor is OUT of the engine bay. Soo much easier to work on vs. when its in the eng. bay.
Water pump & intake manifold gasket also..

any valvetrain work if you plannin to do that too
head gasket, check vacuum lines and hoses, valve adjustments....actually id do it all while its out other than the simple bolt ons, its sooo much easier when u can get a view from every angle
