On my way to Hooters tonight on the 57 freeway my engine suddenly shuts off and wont restart. I pull over to the side of the road and try and start it. All it does is just struggle and then eventually die. Finally upon the third try it starts and has a loud knock coming from inside the engine itself. Then I checked my oil...ALL GONE! I knew I burned up a little oil, but i didn't know it was that bad. Damn...oh well. Time to get a B16 i guess.

I doubt it becuase they don't want me to fork them up. Last guy I forked up was in a coma for 3 days.

 

lol dam dude i would hate to be on your bad side? what do you need for your engine or do you need a whole new block? looking for a blown b18? it needs new sleeves and new pistons beside that everything else is good

 

it just happened tonight, it hasn't been torn apart yet. I'm just going to take it to a shop on monday, I don't want to do it myself.

awwwwwww do it yourself it is fun..lol i had to do mine i had a busted rod on my b16 now i just have a busted engine it doesn't want to stay on but hey if you got the money send it to the shop i wish i had that kind of money

yea, stock d16. I may just swap in a b16 instead. But who knows. I'm also considering buying a Tc. Many options to consider.
