Broken axle issues
I just broke an axle yesterday with a lousy 150whp. I was wondering if anybody has had a similar problem. Maby they are the wrong axles here are the part numbers from O'reilly's right axle 60-4121 left axle 60-4063
You mite not really need high hp axles the axles in your car mite have been old and beating up with a 150whp you just need to swap the bad one and get another one. My friend has a 650 hp turbo lsvtec and he uses stock axles. If it becomes an issue again and again then you should look into some high hp axles or even an issue with your tranny.
in checking O'reilly's part numbers, the 60-4063 is the right side axle for 90-93 Integra - the left side axle for 90-93 Integra is 60-4062 - the 60-4121, which you have, is the left side axle for a 94 Integra

I wouldn't.
Would you rather break an axle, or a differential?
I wouldn't.

What kind of tranny fluid are you running? I broke 3 axles in my J1 trans with a Y1 lsd differential. Until I finally figured out my lsd was eating my alxes. I swapped in a clutch type lsd from one of my buddies trannies he had laying around. I finally figured out that I need to run a lsd additive.
How long have you been having axle problems? Is this the first time you ever had problems. I'm only making 150whp
too so that is probably not the problem.

You are correct the 4121 was completely different the correct left axle part number is 60-4034

This is the first axle I have broke. I plan on rebuilding the engine early next year for much higher power and if I am breaking axles with 150whp I would hate to see what they do at 250-300whp.
