alright i have 93 civic hatch stock motor and i ran it till it almost ran out of gas, it started to sputter and i got it right to a gas station, didnt drive more than 50 feet, put gas in it and it still sputtered, then i tried injector cleaner didnt work now im trying 92 octane gas a nos octane booster, then i changed then fuel filter and it did nothing, now i think that there might be something blocking the pick up line in the tank its an old car with 160,xxx, or is it a blocked injector, i really need help bc i need to drive it home from school to do my swap

More than likely when you nearly ran your car out of gas you sucked up all kinds of crap into the filter sock at the bottom of your fuel pump. Pull your pump out and inspect it, clean it, then reinstall it or simply replace it, should be fine after that.
