What should I check If my vtec doesn't work. I have already check the VTEC oil pressure switch, took apart the solenoid and cleaned it and replaced the O-ring. At 5800 rpm you can feel it slightly but it fades out. I have a b-16 dohc with port and polish head upgraded retainers, valves springs and valves

check your oil level and be sure your cars is a operating temperature!
