Default LSVTEC,GSR, LS-T

My three decisions at this moment. If i got lsvtec or gsr, i will have to save up a few months for turbo. But if i can get an LS, i will be able to get a turbo within a month. Which one would you guys go with? Im in a tight ******* spot right now

I like ls-turbo......its simple and fast, and cheaper then the gsr or lsvtec set-up...

Its up to you though..

a stock LSVTEC can handle how much lbs of boost? Thats my main concern with LSVTEC, is the already high compression..I think LSVTEC is much preferred N/A. GSR..Well thats my best choice, but money wise, i think i can pull off an LS-T Quicker. I hate being confused like this.

the guys in the forcued induction forums cant say enough about how well those ls blocks hold up...

good luck in your choice.

You know what, that's what im leaning towards. I have an LSVTEC tapped block for sale for 400 nearby. Get me a good ol b16 head for about another 400, and an LSD SI tranny, and other minor stuff and im ******* ready eh?

youd be faster then me by then, im running a stock b16 with a few boltons until i hybridize my car which is already a hybrid....

like a franken-car. all it needs is bolts on the neck and some lightning shooting through it.

maybe ill go post on cardomain and ask those kids to paint some on the side of my car!

gsr if you can afford it, then boost later.
if not, then lsvtec and boost later.
if not, then ls-t

ls vtec does not equal high compression. when it is high comp, it does make a good NA motor, but i wouldn't say it's better suited either way. it's also not necessarily as expensive as an LS-T. there are way too many variables to say one is cheaper than the other. do some searching and you should find some good info
