Default help pulling 97 ex door panels

What is the order of operation & where are the screws located? Any previous posts, I could not find any good ones. It looks like there are two panels in one. Tips?

Not very hard at all. I believe there is a screw in the door handle arm rest thingy, one screw behind the door handle itself, and x amount of screws behind the speaker grille. Other then that its all clipped in.
