Default HELP

my car is boncing between 900 - 6000 rpm but i can unplug the eacv and it starts loping at 1500 rpm what the hell is up

i think you mean the iacv? if so take it off and clean that bitch up

check the FITV valve.

disconnect it .if the ecu throws an error then you need a new eacv,
the eacv is affecting the idle code. try starting the car after unbolting the eacv completely, leaving the port exposed.I'd think the only thing that would happen would be an extremely high
idle. Leave the 2P connected to the EACV while you do it even, just
unbolt it from the manifold. You'll be able to watch it actuate the
valve inside as well.

Make sure the passageway for the air intake to the the eacv isn't bloked by anything in the passage way. that can affect it too.
