Default Troubleshooting 92 SI b18c1

I've searched a bit, but haven't really found anything similar to my friends problem. This was a car running fine untill awhile ago.

1992 Civic SI 1994 USDM b18c1 with P72 (skunk 2 manifold)

The car cranks but doesn't start.

Compression checks fine across the board.
Replaced Distributor.
It has both Fuel and a Spark.
Fuel Pump/Fuel Filter/Fuel Pressure Regulator Replaced.
Changed Spark Plugs
Replaced Spark Plug Wires.
Timing was checked while it was running and it was fine.
I still continue to have the same problem.

Any idea's or fixes for similar issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys.

You guys put the dizzy on right, right? And is the rotor on secure? I would check those 2, other then that no clue.

How long did it run with the Skunk2 and the p72?
