i went to get my car tested today and its running i think code 302 misfiring in all 4 cylinders and its running a cat code i dont remember the # though how can i fix this ive changed my plugs wires and distrubutor cap

you should do a valve adjustment, they tend to get tight after some mileage, worse case burnt valve(s) aonther thing to check if valve adjustment doesn't help is to check for a faulty injector I've replaced two injectors in two different crv's.

 

Change the plugs, too, if you haven't done that yet.

I've seen other Honda/Acura cars with misfire problems and in a lot of cases, the problem went away after changing plugs.

 

ive changed the plugs i talked to one of my friends at honda and he said that hes changed a few sets of injectors out of crv's because they do go bad

 

But y should the injectors go bad? Is fuel quality an issue here?
